Law and protection of the agro-food system's security, regulation of responsibility and sanctions

The aim is the depth analysis of the following topics:

food legislation;
comparative analysis of the safety systems at European level, in different continents, in the WTO;
systems of certification, self-certification, bodies responsible for the certification of organic produce, fair trade, quality foods;
innovation of legislative policies in the food sector, with particular emphasis on the system of agencies, in the European and domestic context.
