Law and protection of the agro-food system's security, regulation of responsibility and sanctions

The aim is the depth analysis of the following topics:

  1. food legislation;
  2. comparative analysis of the safety systems at European level, in different continents, in the WTO;
  3. systems of certification, self-certification, bodies responsible for the certification of organic produce, fair trade, quality foods;
  4. innovation of legislative policies in the food sector, with particular emphasis on the system of agencies, in the European and domestic context.
